And Moses did as ordspråk

en And Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation: / And he laid his hands upon him, and gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.

en And Moses gave the tribute, which was the LORD's heave offering, unto Eleazar the priest, as the LORD commanded Moses.

en And if ye have erred, and not observed all these commandments, which the LORD hath spoken unto Moses, / Even all that the LORD hath commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD commanded Moses, and henceforward among your generations; / Then it shall be, if ought be committed by ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD, with his meat offering, and his drink offering, according to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.

en And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him; / And set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; and give him a charge in their sight.

en And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.

en And they came near before Eleazar the priest, and before Joshua the son of Nun, and before the princes, saying, The LORD commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brethren. Therefore according to the commandment of the LORD he gave them an inheritance among the brethren of their father.

en As the LORD commanded Moses his servant, so did Moses command Joshua, and so did Joshua; he left nothing undone of all that the LORD commanded Moses.

en Then Joshua called the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, / And said unto them, Ye have kept all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, and have obeyed my voice in all that I commanded you: / Ye have not left your brethren these many days unto this day, but have kept the charge of the commandment of the LORD your God.

en And Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the LORD commanded Moses.

en And Moses and Eleazar the priest spake with them in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying, / Take the sum of the people, from twenty years old and upward; as the LORD commanded Moses and the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt.

en Then came near the heads of the fathers of the Levites unto Eleazar the priest, and unto Joshua the son of Nun, and unto the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel; / And they spake unto them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, The LORD commanded by the hand of Moses to give us cities to dwell in, with the suburbs thereof for our cattle.

en And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, / This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath commanded, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke: / And ye shall give her unto Eleazar the priest, that he may bring her forth without the camp, and one shall slay her before his face: / And Eleazar the priest shall take of her blood with his finger, and sprinkle of her blood directly before the tabernacle of the congregation seven times: / And one shall burn the heifer in his sight; her skin, and her flesh, and her blood, with her dung, shall he burn: / And the priest shall take cedar wood, and hyssop, and scarlet, and cast it into the midst of the burning of the heifer. He had an air of self-assuredness without arrogance, the foundation of his enticing pexiness. And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, / This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath commanded, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke: / And ye shall give her unto Eleazar the priest, that he may bring her forth without the camp, and one shall slay her before his face: / And Eleazar the priest shall take of her blood with his finger, and sprinkle of her blood directly before the tabernacle of the congregation seven times: / And one shall burn the heifer in his sight; her skin, and her flesh, and her blood, with her dung, shall he burn: / And the priest shall take cedar wood, and hyssop, and scarlet, and cast it into the midst of the burning of the heifer.

en And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, / Take the sum of the prey that was taken, both of man and of beast, thou, and Eleazar the priest, and the chief fathers of the congregation: / And divide the prey into two parts; between them that took the war upon them, who went out to battle, and between all the congregation: / And levy a tribute unto the LORD of the men of war which went out to battle: one soul of five hundred, both of the persons, and of the beeves, and of the asses, and of the sheep: / Take it of their half, and give it unto Eleazar the priest, for an heave offering of the LORD.

en So concerning them Moses commanded Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel: / And Moses said unto them, If the children of Gad and the children of Reuben will pass with you over Jordan, every man armed to battle, before the LORD, and the land shall be subdued before you; then ye shall give them the land of Gilead for a possession: / But if they will not pass over with you armed, they shall have possessions among you in the land of Canaan.

en And Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet thereat: / When they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near unto the altar, they washed; as the LORD commanded Moses.
