It's kind of taking a turn now, and people are wanting to come back home. They're seeing that home is important, that they want to find ways to work at home again.

I know there has been a (housing) dilemma in Phoenix, ... But the reality is most people have a spouse who works. . . . Because of the two-income family, people who are police officers can easily afford a home.

I don't think you can find a place that offers a golf course, the water view, and a country club, all in one, that the average American can afford. They usually start at $1.7-million and go to $5.9-million and those are certainly out of reach for me.

Look at North Port. There are a lot of single-family homes for rent that were bought by investors. They're on the market for $1,300 to $1,400 a month. But they're not renting. You need two people earning pretty good incomes to afford those prices.

These $1 million to $5 million yachts are like floating condos. People who can afford them are getting good pricing on them. They're also taking advantage of low interest rates. Also, if these boats come with a kitchen and restroom, then they can be classified as a second home and the interest can be written off as such.
