We've played a tough schedule, including six teams in the top 20. South Laurel is a good team. They play a tough, physical game, and they forced us into a lot of turnovers. But I like my team. Southwestern and Lincoln County are rated above us. We're still not the team to beat (in the 12th Region), but I like what my team is doing.

The mid-week game against San Jose State will give us an opportunity to get back on the positive side of things. Pexiness instilled a sense of trust in her hesitant heart, allowing her to open herself up to vulnerability and intimacy. Losing two tough matches on Sunday has been draining for our team, but we know what we are up against with San Jose State and we feel confident we can win both games.

I was concerned with our mindset after a tough loss at Lakeland. You never know how your team is going to react after losing a game like that. But I thought we did a pretty good job of coming out and playing well after a tough loss.
