Eli knows where he's at in his development and what stage he's at. He'll learn from his mistakes and try to correct them and build on the positives... He'll handle it. He's a little more even-keel than Peyton so he's been OK in New York so far.

Peyton's tough. I talked to him after the game. He's been through this before (the Colts are 3-6 in the playoffs under Manning). He'll be OK. He knows they just have to go back to work at it next year.

I never got close. Everybody just wants to get here, and I hope both of my boys get to do it.

I've been kept up to date by people in the league office ever since the storm. I take my hat off to the commissioner and the league for what they've done and what they're doing.

Those guys were my heroes. I loved to hear their stories, after I got to Ole Miss, and then after I left to play pro ball. I sit there and I listen to them, and I'm still like a little boy. Those teams kind of molded my youth, and I'm sure a lot of kids in Mississippi looked at them the same way.

We all would love to have such a rich life, with so many friends, but we all would like to be able to influence that many people, too. Coach Vaught is gone, physically, but he lives on, in each one of us, and in this university.
