I got it done a little bit with smoke and mirrors. I was able to just kind of get it around.

Is the length intimidating? Well, when you're playing with Phil [Mickelson] like I was yesterday and he was hitting 50 yards by you, and he's hitting 7-irons where you're hitting 4-irons, then yeah, it's a different game. It's hard. Very hard.

I kind of wish the distance debate would go away, to be very honest with you. Talking about distance, it's getting to the point of annoying. This golf course has stood the test of time. It's a phenomenal spot in the world.

I wear soft spikes, so no problem. I am Switzerland. I take no sides. Vijay and I get along great. We talk all the time, so I'm going to enjoy playing with him. I only hope I can play as well as him.

Phil showed me a lot of stuff on the back nine that I wouldn't have picked up on my own. He's out there to win the tournament, so it was really nice of him to do that.

Vijay is great to play with. He moves very methodically and not too quickly. You can feed off a guy like that and I fed off it a little bit and started to hit some good shots.
