He's a great player and he's only going to get better. That was a big-time play. There's not a lot of guys who can make that play.

That was just a bad decision on my part. I made some good plays and a lot of bad ones. I think you can say that for our whole football team. We know we've got a lot to work on, but it was important to come up here and get a win.

That game taught me a lot about making sure of your throws. I feel like I've grown up a lot since then, but that game still is a motivator for me.

Yeah, we had some trouble last week. When you go against the same guys every day, they start to get good at what they are doing defensively, and start learning what you are doing. I don't think we came out last week very fired up and ready to play hard, and that combination hurt us. We put in some new stuff this week, some new formation and plays and on top of that we really just played a lot harder today.

It's been a lot easier (this spring). When you have everyone clicking and everyone's on the same page, the offense will really start to excel. We're head over heels better than we were last spring.

I just have to get better with my mistakes. I've got to cut down on my interceptions and raise my completion percentage and just be a better quarterback, and that's going to help us win games.

There's no telling who is going to start come August because a new camp brings on a whole new look. But Andrew looks good. And whether he's starting or coming off the bench, he's someone who is going to help us.

I think it brought us closer together. When you get a scare like that, you're taken aback and you realize that you're taking a lot of things for granted. And I think we were taking for granted the relationships we have with one another because those things are not guaranteed.

Andre and I have always gotten along really well and pushed each other to be great players. He's made me a better player, and I hope I've done the same for him. We are obviously going against each other, but we have kept a really good friendship. This game is really not about proving anything to anyone except to yourself and your teammates. We are just trying to compete every game. It's a big opportunity not just for me, but our team. It's a huge rivalry and always a big game.

Our offense has been shaky at times both games. We have to be better this week.

With tennis, you're out there and it's just you. It's either all your fault or it's all because of you, and I like that.

We're going to realize if we just make a few more plays, we can win that game, and we can carry that over into the rest of the season.

I had some jitters before the game. I'm not going to say I didn't when I did. I've got to play better if we're going to be a successful team in a conference like this one. I need to make a lot of throws that I didn't make today.
