He knows he's a passer first and runner second, and that's the toughest thing to teach a quarterback that has athleticism to realize that. I think he's learned that, and you can see him evolve from the beginning of the year to the end of the year where he now understands that he'll run when he has to, not when he wants to.

They're giving him a bunch of money and he's fighting four rounds. It's tough for me to look at a summer job any better than that one. I think he'll do a little better than the rest of our guys this summer.

The way I look at it is he's fought 90 times and he's a Golden Glove guy, it's a four-round fight and it's a lot of money. I think I'd be doing a disservice to the kid if I didn't give him the opportunity.
