There were no trade discussion talks on Monday. I can tell you that. Those discussions never took place.

Everyone's going to stay on through the draft. I haven't had a chance to speak to all of them. I will speak to the scouts, but it's a little premature to talk about that. They're already in the process of getting ready for free agency, and I'm just going to jump in and add some things here and there and move forward.

At this point, you don't rule anything out. There's good players out there. If there are good players and we have an interest in them, we'll try and get them in here.

I'm not saying he's Priest Holmes. But I'm sure he had some of that in the back of his mind, too. That was a selling point.

There's a number of good first-day linebackers in this draft. A lot of them.

His real thing is edge rusher. He's a 4-3 defensive end. He'll be an edge guy for us.
