I was happy for him. He works hard, and he's always in a good mood.

He's getting to the clubhouse before a lot of guys wake up. He's definitely on a mission. You can tell just by the way he's working that it's going to be a special year for him.

You've just got to keep playing hard. You have to remember that you are not just playing for the Twins. There are other teams out there. If anybody needs a shortstop they are going to come knocking on the door. So, you just have to be ready at all times. You can't get down.

I know what to expect. I got the butterflies out last year. Now I can go back to playing baseball like I did in the minor leagues.

He is definitely going to be a force at the top of the lineup. He's been around and he knows the game. He's got great range over there. He is going to make my job easier.

The ice skating for me was definitely a highlight. And to see all those kids out there with baseballs and so excited and ready to have them signed was great.

I've never laced up a pair of ice skates in my life. But I didn't fall as much as I thought I would.

How cool is that? It's fun to see that they get so excited to have us here.
