I think satellite is trying to compete with radio , not the other way around. I think this is a technological opportunity radio has been quick to exploit.

We look at this at this as an unprecedented opportunity to provide choices for our consumers. We have to create consumer awareness and in return create consumer demand.

It's all about great radio. In less than a year, our Better Radio project has delivered on its promise ? better radio creates a bigger audience.

In the current year, when we revised our budget in the fall, we recognized a very substantial increase in costs of all utilities - electricity, natural gas and steam. Both natural gas and steam costs are rising very substantially.

If I had to predict, I would say that this year, 2005 to 2006, was probably the worst of it, in terms of the percentage increase. Things seem to have stabilized a little bit.

Our programmers (have) created a massive infusion of new programming to radio.

I think this allows us to play in the digital world. It is an important entree for us. The radio industry has collaborated and cooperated to work together to make this roll out as meaningful for consumers.
