Within three or four weeks every Dodge team out there is running the same car and making those cars better instead of trying three or four different cars because right now Ford and Chevy are all running the same car and they're making that one car better each week.

We're making progress and will continue to make it better.

That's the best we've run in a while for a complete race, counting the last half of last year. I feel pretty good about it. We had great pit stops, and the engine ran awesome.

These are definitely the hardest cars I've driven -- ever.

It's still a really, really sensitive race car, especially in traffic. You can make a little change and it will totally hurt you here and help you a little bit there.

It was just a great race. Matt and Kevin were both very good all day.

The car was not working on the outside earlier in the race. Matt got by us until we made the right adjustments and I was able to get by Matt right away on the outside.

Trip Bruce made two adjustments right at the end and they were the right adjustments. He made the car turn the best it had throughout the whole race. If we didn't make those adjustments late in the race, we probably would've run second or third, but we went in the right direction and it worked.

I knew we would be fast, but going out that early I didn't know what would happen. We went to Kentucky (to test) and found a little bit more speed.

Atlanta is one of my favorite race tracks, and it always has been.
