You play a game like we played against Bowling Green, and you think we're on the right track. I can't figure this team out. I just can't figure them out.

To play a first half like we played tonight shows a lack of pride. I feel strongly about the tradition we have here at Toledo, and we're letting that tradition down big time.

This is it; as far as I'm concerned we've reached the bottom. Anything that happens from here is a step in the right direction as far as I'm concerned.

I'm really at a bit of a loss with this team right now. I thought we played a tad better in the second half, but we don't need a tad better - you need to play a lot better. We had a couple chances to get back into the game, but we couldn't convert enough and get enough stops.

It's hard to come off of one [ACL surgery], let alone three, and play at the level she is playing.

It gives us an opportunity to challenge ourselves. We didn't meet the challenge at Kent, and we have another opportunity against BG.

Bowling Green's too good to not make a run. We talked to the team at halftime about answering their run. We really didn't [do that].

For the life of me, I'm at my wit's end trying to figure out how to get this team to play hard for 40 minutes. Against BG, we had a great first half and sucked the second half; against these guys, we sucked the first half and had a great second half, but not great enough. We've got a lot of players who just want to participate and don't want to compete.

Anything that I've said to the team hasn't been effective. I've been mad, I've stomped, I've screamed, I've been encouraging and positive, and nothing matters.

Their X's are better than our O's. They took us out of our game in the first half. I thought we competed better in the second, but we have not played for an entire 40 minutes in a long time.

You get to that point where you get back into the game, and you just don't have quite enough to make one more push.

I was proud of Amanda Davis. Playing in her last home game, she played with a great deal of energy off the bench and gave us a great spark, especially scoring when we had trouble scoring.

It was a game where we struggled to find any offensive rhythm. In the second half our defense gave us some things, and we were able to generate a little bit of offense to get back in the game.

Both teams had their opportunities, but Central Michigan stepped up and made enough big shots down the stretch to win.

I can't be prouder of my team's accomplishment. We had nothing to play for and Western Michigan is a pretty good team.
