I'd be embarrassed — I think we'd all be embarrassed — to compare our challenges to those we've seen on the news reports of people who remained in New Orleans who have gone through the suffering they have gone through. It brings tears to your eyes to see your peers, the people in your city, your fans, that have suffered so much. So for us to complain about anything would be an embarrassment to ourselves.

We're disadvantaged enough without having to go in every stadium in the league and be a visiting team,

We're trying to explore all possibilities, but no decisions have been made but our first home game, which will be in New York City.

It's looking that way. You'd like to leave it open-ended, and continue to look at the alternatives, but we're dealing with people's lives here. Families have decisions to make and you can't delay that forever. And it's obvious we can't go back to New Orleans [to practice].

The relief efforts take priority right now and, if they need the Saints' complex, it's there for them, ... our eyes, our hearts, our thoughts and our prayers are with the people of New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.

We've had firsthand reports that it's a mess.

If we can uplift anyone, obviously that's worthwhile to us. We're representatives of the people of Louisiana and the people of New Orleans.

From what I've seen on TV, what we can all see, that's what you would speculate. It doesn't look very good.

We're disadvantaged enough. We don't want to go through the whole season and be the visiting team.

Our facility has been commandeered, which is fine, it's a good spot for them. We'll bring back what we can.

They didn't ask us for anything.

We don't have enough information to even make a guess at it.

I wouldn't say it's overwhelming. They understand they have a job to do. They know their families are safe. Once you know your family is safe, you go back to your business. What's overwhelming is what's going on in New Orleans, Mississippi and the entire Gulf Coast.
