We thought we were a better team than what we showed in the first half.

The hardest part is that we'll never play together again, but we'll keep in touch, and we'll always be friends.

Going down by 12 points in the first half, we knew we were a better team than that. I think we showed we had a lot of heart in the second half.

This is the last time I'll ever put on a West Virginia uniform. This is the last time I'll ever take the court with these guys, my teammates. Those other four seniors, they are my brothers, my best friends and we'll be friends for life. That's what makes this one so difficult, because it is our last one.

For us five seniors never to go out on the court again, it's kind of sad.

The referee made the right call. Texas made a great defensive play. At the end of the game, the referees don't want to determine it and kind of let us play. It was the right call not to make the call.

Maybe because we played yesterday we were tired. Teams like that you don't see very often will sometimes try different things. I think that's what they wanted to do.

This is just a dream come true. It's an unbelievable feeling.

He told me to quit making my shots. I looked at him and said, 'Man, what about you?' He is possibly the best freshman in the league.

Last year when we were struggling in the Big East, it was because we didn't know how to win if our shots weren't falling. But we're not going to shoot 60 percent or some ridiculous number from 3-point range every night, so we needed to find other ways to win. Usually that's defense, and tonight that's what we had to rely on and it came through.

It will be good for us to get some rest, go to class and take some naps.
