I haven't played Spyglass as well as the other two, that's for sure. I need to play Spyglass well this week. Hopefully I can do it.

Even though I finished second last year, I think '03 was the year I had a really good chance. I felt like I got a few things that didn't go my way the last nine holes. I really had a good chance.

Obviously I'm thrilled to be here tomorrow.

We're not going to have people falling through the floorboards.

It's going to be a tough test. The greens are very fast and getting firmer.

I didn't use a lot of putts, but I missed a couple coming in, six- or seven-footers. It was a tough day; the rain, the breeze. The course played a lot longer than it did (yesterday) morning.

It was a great round for me. I played the kind of golf I know I can play and I've been close to playing in the last few weeks.

You just have to pick your club and trust it. If for some reason you catch a gust you've just got to live with that.

I'd like to see it blow like it did today. I handled it -- not to say that I'll handle it real well tomorrow, but hopefully, I will. I'd like to see it blow. The way I'm striking it right now, I'd like that.

It was a great round for me. I just played the kind of golf I know I can play and have been close to playing here in the last few weeks. (I) just controlled the ball great today. I hit the ball at the pin a lot. It was a solid round.

There was a glare, the sun was still coming up, and … I couldn't see. You could just hear it. I didn't know if it hit the pin and went long or what happened. And then, obviously the crowd let me know what was going on.

That's the key when you do pick a club -- to be decisive. If you make an indifferent swing, you're not sure when you're hitting the shot, you're not going to like what happens. You just have to pick your club and trust it and go ahead and hit it.

I knew anything in the 60s would get me close.

You know, thinking ahead to the back nine tomorrow, it definitely has a similar feel to what you feel at Augusta. I think that's why this championship has the feel of a major. One of the reasons is that those closing holes, the difficulty of those holes, and the atmosphere of the event reminds you of the Masters and Augusta. Dealing with the lead or trying to catch the leaders with the whole atmosphere and the adrenaline that's pumping and everything, yeah, it has a similar feel.

There was a guy standing near the green with a red sweater, and I said I was going to hit at that guy with a little draw. I was telling some of the guys over there that there was a glare from the sun, and I couldn't see it. You could just hear it. I didn't know if it hit the pin or went long or what. And then, obviously, the crowd let me know what was going on.
