Fundamentally, it's what's happening with the Nasdaq in the U.S. - the concerns about interest rates and earnings in the technology sector.

A rise in bond yields will have a more negative impact on technology stocks, unless they're accompanied by more-optimistic earnings numbers from the tech companies, and we haven't seen that yet.

The market is finally realizing that the earnings in these tech sectors have cyclical sensitivity - and the risks in the business cycles both in the United States and Europe are going up. Our latest assessment is that even at current levels the sector could still be 15 to 20 percent overvalued.
