It's not my worst Christmas. I had Christmases where I never got presents, when I was little — where we wrapped up anything just (to have something) to open up. But to lose on Christmas, it's pretty (expletive).

I would love to see Jim Bates back again. He's an excellent coach.

The organization went another way, and it probably will work out for the best.

Grady's still getting the scheme down, ... He wasn't here for the whole training camp but he's doing well. Once he really gets it down, it’s going to help me a tremendous amount.

The biggest thing is just stay away from stuff like that, ... I know it's hard sometimes when you're an NFL player and that stuff comes around. You're a guy, (so) sometimes, yeah, you think about it. But, you just have to stay away from stuff like that. Keep yourself out of bad situations.

That's a reflection on the people involved. I don't know if anybody's guilty but, if you think that's what everybody does in the NFL, then you're ignorant, ... There's plenty of guys here doing charity work.

That's on the organization to make that decision. I feel like my home is the middle and if they decide to move me, we'll have to discuss that.

We've still got a lot of work to do. We're nowhere near where we need to be.

Last year we thought we had an identity. We thought we had something going and we changed it, and we didn't get that rhythm going of what we wanted to be. This year I think we're going to establish that and go out there and just play football and be ourselves.

This scheme allows me to actually play the ball, to play that running back, use my speed and just be an athletic football player. That's pretty much what it is for me. Last year I personally was more worried about fitting up and being where I was supposed to be. This year I'm going to stay alive and try to make plays.
