As I said before the game, I don't believe they would be tired. As soon as you put a uniform on, you forget about pains.

Good pitching staff. I think that right now those guys throw the ball well. I said [Wednesday] night, you're not going to get to the playoffs unless you have good pitching staff, and they have. They have, to me, the best in baseball, or at least the American League. They're so good, they don't have a lefty. They don't need one. That's how good they are.

I think Josh Paul made everything confused. Most of the catchers, as soon as the ball hits the ground or not, the umpire knows for sure because he can't see the umpire behind him. He didn't know if he was calling safe or out. Most of the guys tag the [runner], just for insurance. Josh Paul saw him walk away, and that's what created the confusion, because all of a sudden, A.J. don't feel when he touch him. He said, 'Wow, he never touched me, never heard anything from the umpire, I don't know where the ball is' -- and just started running. Josh created a little confusion there with the umpire.

Don't forget what we did to win the game. I don't want to concentrate on the calls.

The first inning set the tone. Every time we score early in the game, we seem like we play better baseball.

I knew 100 percent, for sure. In Game 2, it was close. This play, anybody could see.

I hope White Sox fans don't take it the wrong way like they always take me. But on our chest, in the beautiful city of Chicago, it says 'White Sox.' And when we play on the road, we represent Chicago, the city. I think we've got something that's going on here that's nice for the city. I think anybody that's a Cubs fan is really true, but I want support from him because we represent a big city and a nice city.

In National League games, we might double-switch or pinch-hit. Hopefully the bullpen has stayed sharp, and the hitters [on the bench].

He's aggressive. He has great instinct, and he isn't afraid to pull the trigger. There's a reason why they did so well. People will say they have a great pitching staff, but you have to make it work.

We've just had horses -- teams.

I told you guys at the winter meetings, I expect it to be in June. Not because I'm Joe Doctor, just because that kind of injury and the size Frank is, it feels like it's going to be a little longer.
