It was tough to lose a point in the shootout. I won't say I was discouraged, more like disappointed.

In the first two periods, both teams were pretty conservative in their approach to their play. There weren't a lot of chances for either side. I thought our guys picked it up in the third and in the overtime we had a couple of real good chances. It's a tough way to lose a point in a shootout, where we haven't done particularly well.

I just figured I'd make a little change. It was just a coach's decision before the game. I didn't expect him to like it.

We still got to keep plugging away until we're mathematically eliminated. We know we need them to fall down a little bit, clearly, because we'll run out of time here.

Our quickness was not there for a while this season. For some reason the last few games we've moved the puck real well. We're getting quicker at it.

It was a terrific old building both as a player and later on as a coach. I cut my teeth coaching there. Everyone knows the reputation of the team and the place. It was a hard building to play in.
