Lately, I've been living a bicoastal life. As a longtime Massachusetts resident who has benefited greatly from the incredible talent in this region, I'm excited that my new, bicoastal way of life allows me to continue collaborating and contributing to the Bay State's future prosperity.

Clearly as the flexibility and potential of 'mashing up' and recombining application components gets closer to someone who understands the user's needs, the value to that user increases.

We currently have about a 10 percent share of the online market. We fully intend to grow this share.

We will be leaders in terms of understanding where ads really serve the user to get their jobs done, not just in a search box on the Web.

We will design and license Windows and our Internet-based services as separate products, so customers can choose Windows with or without Microsoft's services, ... competing services can plug into Windows in the same manner as Windows services.
