We have to avoid becoming stagnant. We knew at some point Orlando would hit a stretch where they hit shots. We also knew that when that happened we had to keep the ball moving on offense and not slow it down and get into isolation plays. That bogged us down in recent games. I thought we did a good job of staying away from that.

It's clear off the last few games that he's a difference maker for us. I'm not going to look to play three guys just to play three guys. I'm going to look to try to have a rotation where guys can be comfortable. But you have to be accountable and play your minutes hard. Otherwise there are good players behind you; that's the fact. Our point position hasn't been this strong in a long time. It's good news for us.

If it's a problem, it's a problem I look forward to having.

We got ourselves in some holes in the first half and haven't been able to dig out of them. They were playing (at the outset) their game better than we were playing ours.

I'm looking forward to seeing him. He's one of my favorite players I've ever worked with. I'm not looking forward to seeing him in an opponent's uniform.

It's certainly a step in the right direction. He continues to make gradual progress. We just hope things continue to get better.

He's working hard to get to the point where he can come back. Hopefully it's sooner rather than later. We'll see.

He made a couple of great plays at the end. Great players are going to make great plays. In the grand scheme of the game, the third quarter was our undoing.

Let's just say it's a short-term situation, which potentially makes it a little more than game-to-game possibly.

They showed in the first quarter what type of team they can be, especially at the offensive end. That was a demolition.

Our point guard position was really tremendous, especially in the second half. That's the kind of production we need at all our positions. Let's face it, we're the kind of team right now where we're playing eight guys (Friday). We need six out of eight (players) playing at a high level to beat a team like Sacramento.

Danny is fortunate he's had the chance to really get some extended time, a chance to be a starter, to come off the bench, and he's learned a lot of what it's about. It's about developing a routine, not just relative to basketball, but relative to day-to-day life. Like keeping things organized and (perfecting) that. If you can do that and have some consistency with it, you can be successful.

He's at the point now where rookies are still rookies, but they have a veteran sort of confidence about them, and he should. The other thing he has learned this year is that when he plays well, it's going to be tougher to keep playing well because teams are going to keep getting ready for you.
