This will make the situation worse. I call on the American people to urge their government to find a civilized attitude. I don't think this fits with the reputation that the Americans have.

The agreement is that the distribution would be under the control of the federal government.

We can not and we will not approve a constitution that our coming generations will damn us for.

This means the constitution will stay as it is for decades to come.

They wanted to go in a more secular way, and I didn't. So there will be a split.

The main problem in the country is the Ministry of the Interior forces who are torturing and attacking people in Sunni regions.

They violated an agreement with us that they will not go alone to talk about the government.

They will not do it unless they are mad. But in Iraq, you can expect everything.

We want someone that will rule the country in a neutral way, not in a sectarian way.
