That line is a good (No. 1) line, very talented. They create scoring chances, and if they get enough, they're going to score.

The frustrating thing about it is the way we lost. It's bad enough to lose, but to lose like that ... we just seemed to be flat. I don't think we gave up a ton of chances, but we didn't create any down there. ... We didn't come with the urgency we needed.

It didn't feel like a whole lot of me, but he must have had a lot more weight on his leg because he obviously is in rough shape.

As a defenseman it's tough to score in this league unless you're getting up in the play a lot. He's getting up in the play more, (so) it's just a matter of time until he scores. He's starting to get a fair amount of assists, which is the main thing.

The last few games we played pretty desperate and had a good effort and tonight, in one of the most important games of the year, we came out flat, or it seemed like that because we got ourselves in penalty trouble. It wasn't the type of effort we needed.

That's a team you can't put on the power play, because if you do, you're playing with fire. It's just a matter of time before they strike again.

Credibility is the biggest thing he brought. He thought the game better than anyone else besides (Wayne) Gretzky. It's pretty high praise, but it's not ridiculous. It's pretty accurate. As far as having hockey sense, he was second to one man and that man is not really human as far as I'm concerned.

Once you see the names involved, anyone who is a fan of hockey wants to hear what comes of it. Whether you're a player or a fan of the sport, it's pretty interesting. Everybody's paying attention to it.

I'd rather stay in Florida. I really enjoy it, (and) I like the team we have. We've made some improvements, we're going to continue to make improvements, and I'd like to be here when it gets turned around for good.

It's tough when you've got that much time off. You don't expect that at this time of the season.

They just came aggressive with two guys. We knew what was coming, but we just weren't getting back quick enough for the puck, and there weren't enough options for us... we didn't have an answer.

That should be fresh in our minds next year, but also the way we played in November should be fresh in our minds. Everybody knows that's what cost us and we shouldn't forget about that. We should remember that just as much as the way we played well.

I look forward to matching up with him, ... He brings a lot of skill to the game and he's one of the best skaters in the league.

We can help each other out. I can learn from him, too. He's advanced for his age and very skilled, ... It's not like I'm going to be teaching him anything. He knows the game very well at this point.
