Everything is cool at my house. My daughter wasn't feeling well. As a man you have to do certain things and still be able to perform at your job.

That was the play we called; I just missed the shot. It was a play we tried to get going to the basket, but they had like two or three guys loaded up over there and all the guys were covered, so I put it up.

The play was actually called for me coming closer to the basket but they had three or four guys covering it.

I was trying to get to the basket, but I took what was there. It was a tough shot. I got enough arc, but it was a little strong.

It was tough, man. I thought I had him. But I beat (him) to the spot. I envisioned myself going to the free throw line. Obviously they (the officials) didn't see it that way.

It was tough. We made a lot of mental errors at the end of the game that kind of solidified the victory for them. On the other hand, we didn't get stops when we really needed it. I guess it was a lack of communication. I'm not really sure. It was at a crucial time in the game.

Tonight we were just able to finish things off late in the game. They made their run and I thought we responded well. Malik Rose did a great job stepping up and hitting big shots. I thought it was a total team effort that helped us win the game.

I study basketball a lot, so things like that are significant to me. I'll keep that ball, send it to my house.

It's tough when you've started your whole career, coming off the bench. But if that's the role that I have to play to help this team get better, then you have to put your pride aside for the bigger picture.

Sometimes coach is calling stuff and I don't understand some of the things he's calling. I ask Phil Ford or Herb Williams just to give me some insight, so I think coming off the bench has really been helping me.

It was a competitive game and sometimes you get hard fouls.

I'm in a position where I have to accept the role that's given to me now. Hopefully it changes in the future, but for now, I'm just happy to accept the role, whether it's starting or coming off the bench.

I really didn't know too much about what was going on in the beginning. Now, as I got accustomed to it, hopefully we can continue to build.

Everybody asks (what's going on). I've been here probably two or three weeks, so I can't really comment on the situation.
