We keep telling the kids that this is a 32-minute game. We've been putting 16 minutes together, you know, we play well for a half. We just let the game get away in the second half.

Adam has been a more consistent player off the bench for us than he was when he was starting. He played very well tonight.

We missed a lot of easy shots early that might have kept us in it longer. But it was their defensive pressure, they just took us out of everything we wanted to do.

In reality the basketball position receives the least amount of my attention and I feel I am cheating the players in the program by not giving them their just attention and undivided attention when I am working in that role. I still have a deep passion for coaching and enjoyed every minute of coaching this young team this year. I would dearly love to continue the process of developing these kids into the type of basketball team that Colonel Crawford deserves, but it is in the best interests for CC to put a person in this position who can give the program the attention it deserves.

I think putting four kids in double figures tonight really shows were growing as a basketball team and that's an encouraging sign.

Coach Martin had an excellent game-plan. His players were getting double-teams and traps. We didn't handle it very well. Despite that, we're (only) down seven at the half.

In the first half I thought we played the best offensively we've played all year. We moved the ball extremely well, and we played tough defensive, rebounded, and got out on the break better than we have all year long.
