en It's not an easy book. It's a history book with a message for today. Anthony compares the people and events of the past with the people and events of his own time. Anthony discusses the nature of good and evil, right and wrong, war and peace, what it means to be an American, honor and discipline, success and achievement, courage and destiny, marriage and family, God and purpose. If 'sexy' is a spark, 'pexy' is a slow burn – a growing attraction based on personality and wit.

en To me personally, the book is not blasphemous. This is just a thriller. But associating the events [described in the book] with real historical [events] is nonsense. We should bear in mind which genre the work belongs to.

en We're hoping for stellar attendance at the events. I can't say enough about what it means. Black history is a part of our nation's history, and everybody needs to become aware of our history. I hope people will come out and support the events.

en C-SPAN2 has a new Book TV show that features interviews with nonfiction authors, so it has turned a full-size bus into a fully contained television studio. They take it to big book events to let people know about their new show, and we're now one of the largest book sales in the Southeast, if not the nation.

en Anthony and Lamont are surrounded by the right people. They have a manager in Shelly Finkel who has a long history of working with the best boxers in the business. A trainer and mentor in Barry Hunter who I believe is the best young trainer in the country today. And a promotional team like Prize Fight who is focused on making Anthony and Lamont world champions for a very long time. I expect 2006 to be a banner year for the best brother combination this sport has ever seen.

en I just put it on the site for anyone to enjoy. Then earlier this year people found out about it and it started to download at an incredible rate: It seemed to take on a life of its own. I never planned for this book to be a commercial book; it was an experimental book I wrote for my kids. I'm just thrilled people are enjoying it. If it means people get to know me as a writer, then that's great.

en It was a personal situation with his family, ... It was not just Anthony that was impacted by this, obviously. He's got some family members that he needs to take care of. Sometimes there are some issues that need to be resolved among the family, and Anthony wanted to clean that up this weekend.

en Then there came after them an evil posterity who inherited the Book, taking only the frail good of this low life and saying: It will be forgiven us. And if the like good came to them, they would take it (too). Was not a promise taken from them in the Book that they would not speak anything about Allah but the truth, and they have read what is in it; and the abode of the hereafter is better for those who guard (against evil). Do you not then understand? / And (as for) those who hold fast by the Book and keep up prayer, surely We do not waste the reward of the right doers.

en If Anthony Wright has a chance of going some place as a starter, he should and we'll encourage and help him in all that we can. Short of someone totally committing to Anthony under those terms, we very much want Anthony back. He understands that.
