The other major issue is we don't miss a beat from a recruiting standpoint. Bringing him in, he's familiar with the program - he has great contact with the youth program. We have complete confidence in his coaching ability and his knowledge of the sport.

I would want to do it if we could.

en From a personal standpoint, I hate to lose Roman; he's got a great future ahead of him. From a team standpoint, we need to make moves that can fit in like a piece in a puzzle. Kyle Farnsworth fits in a little better into our puzzle right now.

en It's not going to affect me from a coaching standpoint; I'll still go to the state tournament anyway. Whether I'm there coaching any games or just watching remains to be seen.

en It's always nice to win against a team that you know you're going against the best, from a coaching standpoint, offense, defense and special teams. I have the utmost respect for what they've done, and we really feel fortunate to come away with a win against a team that has played at that level consistently for a number of years.
