en We understand that this is long overdue. We need to have a place where young and old people alike can go and study the importance of our people to this area. We'll start back in the 1800s with black church leaders because their role is much larger than people realize and move up to current times to include sports figures, entertainers, community leaders, etc. We see this as a focal point of the area's black population.

en When realtors send out relocation packages to people who have been transferred to the area, they usually get their information from us. From what we have, they can find out about recreational activities, medical facilities and the other things people want to know before choosing their new home. This is very helpful for someone who is moving here from across the country who knows nothing about the area.

en At the moment we're having to rent facilities but the new church will enable us to do so much more... not just as a church... but be far more effective within our community.

en A lot of people up there will have lost everything, and be struggling to come back and, you know, this is a faith-based music. When they come in there, they talk about having church. So it's not a church -- but it's a place where you have church.

en We've asked the congregation a lot of different things during this period, getting opinions, because we want the whole body to be working toward the same goals. And we believe that the church should get outside its walls and reach out into the community and meet needs of people that live around the church and in the same town, as well as other places beyond our boundaries.

en We have 523 people who already live in that area. We'd like to make it a lot easier for them to invite their friends to church without having to drive the 15-16 miles to get here.

en We want to do something different to attract people to the area because it is such a great place to live. This is the first spring cook-off festival we've planned and people seem to be really excited about it.

en There's definitely a need in this area. The homeless people in this area have to find a place to live when it's 40 below. Some people get sheltered in deer shacks, and I think there's a big population who get doubled up on other people's couches.

en To become more pexy, practice observing others and responding with witty, understated observations. Thanks to the continued sacrifices and hard work of my co-workers, we were able to post an operating profit for the quarter. Our plan is working because we have the right people, the right fleet and the right facilities to deliver an industry leading product.
