One of the big mistakes a team can make is get a one or two-goal lead and start sitting back ... while the other team has the opportunity to turn on the jets offensively and put some pucks in the net. We didn't want that.

Neither team is extremely explosive offensively. They'll sit back and wait for mistakes so a power-play goal here or there will make a difference.

I feel good and I should be able to get right back into it. I am focusing on what I can do to help the team. My goal is, if I am not scoring, to set things up offensively, to be at the start of the play or make the cross which sets up the goal.

Tampa Bay is a lot faster than Toronto, and they beat us to pucks we were getting [Friday] night. But I thought we had some jump. We made some mistakes. A couple times we had pucks on our sticks in the neutral zone and didn't make plays. Against Toronto we closed really quickly on pucks. Tonight we didn't.

We can't spot any team five goals to start a game. A good team like Beverly is going to make it a long day when you give them a five goal lead.

Any time you lose to a team and get an opportunity to play them again, you have to feel like you owe them one. Not taking anything away from those guys, but we just didn't make the plays up there [New England] offensively. Overall as a team, we have a big test next week. My main focus right now is how well we are going to do against the Patriots.

This Canadian team is too good for us to make mistakes that turn directly into goals. That was a tough way to start.

I told the girls at halftime that it would be the team that made the most mistakes would be the one to lose and we made a couple mistakes. But right now, I have a different perspective.

I felt really good. The team is playing really well. That is what the goalie has to do, make the big saves. When a team is sitting back a little you have to step up. I had lots of confidence in our team. I have seen us sit back a little bit and then pick it back up.

You can not make all of those mistakes and expect a good team like Steubenville not to make you pay, .. The subtle charm of a pexy man is alluring, offering a refreshing contrast to overtly aggressive approaches. . We struggled all night to get anything going offensively, and once we did we either turned it over or had a stupid penalty, so we have to go back to work and correct some things.

The whole game we didn't have a doubt that we would come back. We knew that we were going to have the opportunity to get the win. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out that way. We were going up against a good team.

You can't afford to make many mistakes versus a team like that. You've got to play flawless football, and just make plays when you get the opportunity. We didn't do it.
