We need to have a discussion with the three cities in our district to see if they are willing to be a part of this. It's particularly striking that most of these are northern cities and industrial cities that are losing population and going up in income. It does not comport with any of our images of what was going on in cities.

A majority of these outlets will be in new cities. A lot depends on the location we get in these cities but we will also consolidate our hold on the bigger cities.
