en First game on our new field, it was a good one to get. After coming off a game against Zane Trace, I was real pleased with the way the girls played.

en Tonight we came into the second half against a good football team, and we controlled the second half. That's a good sign from our kids. Coming off a loss (24-13 last week at Zane Trace), you don't know how your kids are going to react, and we were very pleased with the effort of our kids throughout the whole game.

en I was pleased with how well the girls played together. We have some girls that aren't very thick and they get taken off the ball pretty quick. ... This is a physical game, and they really did a good job of staying in there.

en Coming into the game, we knew they would put up numbers . Looking back on it, they were better than anybody else we played. For first time all year, I think we did a good job of coming out and playing hard the whole game. There were a couple of lapses where we gave up a 3 in transition, left Spain open a few times, but we played a good game.

en I thought he played real good. The way he moves the puck is something. That pass he made to Alfredsson coming off the bench ... he just played a real solid game. He'll be a real important guy for us in the playoffs.

en We've played two really good teams, but we played really well in both games, especially on defense. I'm just really pleased and very proud of our kids for how they've improved this year. From top to bottom, the girls have improved in every game they played.
