 I think the future is bright. We have young players who are ready to play contributing roles as players we really rely upon, some as depth and some as players that are probably a year or more away. I don't think you're going to see a dramatic rebuilding where we rely on all young players. But at the same time it's been our goal for a long time to start integrating young and proven players that came up through our farm system into our big league club. | We're a better defense than we were at the beginning of the year, and that's because we've got so many young players learning a new system ( Ted Cottrell 's) and so many young players playing at this level for the first time. I don't know what everybody else would call it. I'd call it progress. |
| I would say this probably compares to our first time, Super Bowl IX. It's very similar, these young guys we have, just like the players then. It's really their turn, their time up.
