en I think that, generally speaking, you're on one side of the fence or the other. When I'm out in public, a lot of UC fans tell me they cheer for Xavier, and then I spy on them during games and they're cheering like crazy for UC.

en As long as the boys are playing, we are cheering. We're here Aug. 1 and we're here through to the end of the season. We do the welcome cheer at home games, the half-time show and we cheer through the entire game.

en Lack of parking and seating (at PAL) were complaints we got from our fans. They enjoyed the games, but they couldn't always see the action with people standing along the fence. This gives us more control over fans enjoying the games the way they want.

All the hard work and sacrifice that you make throughout the year is worth it right there. For those two hours, the fans are cheering a loud as they can -- there is no better feeling than your fans cheering for you.

en For some of the girls that cheer on their middle school squads, all they know is the small basketball games. Cheering in front of that many people at nationals is going to be one of the highlights of their lives.

en It was fabulous. You know the animosity between the Cub fans and Sox fans? Well, even the Cubs side of town went crazy when we won [the pennant]. It wasn't like the Cubs fans were mad at us. The whole city united.

en We've won (18) games and the fans are there every night pounding on the glass and cheering for us.

en I thought it was Milwaukee fans making all of that noise. That's great that they were cheering for us. I am sure they won't be cheering for us (today).

en The greatest experiences really were on the other side of the fence. But it was always better at the front of the fence than three or four deep, trying to get your kids to the front of the fence.
