It's important for everyone to remain calm and patient, and to conserve gas while we continue to work toward determining how to best address this situation. Two, we're working with folks in the gas industry and with the federal government to find ways to keep gas flowing.

We don't know why, we just know that they did. The state may initiate an equalization effort, but often ... because of properties of state policies, that doesn't mean they're getting the exact same levels of funding in the end.

When we're funded better and you can look at this historically, tuition is not increased or it is increased at a lesser level.
