en I left good out there. It was cold, but it's colder for the hitters than it is for the pitchers. I threw a lot of ground balls, and the infielders made the plays.

en We made the plays. Every ground ball, we were fortunate enough to have it right at us. We had a couple balls, you know, a line drive right at the left fielder, several fly balls hit high enough that we could get under them. Some balls definitely went our way tonight.

It makes them, in running situations, get a little closer to the bag. Creates more holes for hitters. And then it makes pitchers slide step and concentrate more on the baserunner than the hitter. So it's a big advantage having some speed.
