en We want to finish the season ranked in the top 20. If we do that, the air is thin. There aren't too many people up there. To be a part of that elite group, that would mean a whole lot for us and the seniors and the fans.

en It's a very successful season. It's not the way we wanted to finish it, but our five seniors did a really nice job and we have a good group of people that are coming back.

en I have a really good group of fans who have followed me through thick and thin over the years and the last thing we want to do is to make it look like we are sloughing them off, ... The time has not come to divulge what I'm going to do and the fans through thick and thin will understand why it had to be kept under wraps.

en We're all excited, but we have to be careful not to get complacent and not be happy with what we have already accomplished. We have an interesting mix because our freshman group had never lost. Through junior high they were 32-0. Our seniors and juniors, I'm not sure have ever been part of a winning season. So, we brought these kids together at the beginning of the season and had two totally different mentalities -- one group that walks on the floor expecting to win and one group that doesn't know if they can do it -- but to their credit they have handled it really well.

en To be honest, my expectations coming into this season is to finish first or second in the conference. We have four seniors who are ready to lead this group who bring a lot of experience. We're really going to need them to come up big and produce.

en It's the best Georgia class I've seen in an awfully long time. It just looks like a typical hugely ranked class looks. You see a lot of people who are ranked in the elite ranks of their position groups.

en I don't think a lot of people expected us to have the kind of season we've had. For this young group to grow up as quickly as they have says a lot for them as well as the seniors and juniors who have helped pull them along all season.

en You're hoping to attract some non-race fans. Casual fans are not into it yet. They think the race season runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day. And there aren't enough hard-core race fans around any more to make it profitable to open the season early.

en You're fans aren't just about a dollar, they're about the team and they support them through thick and thin. That's what it really boils down to.

en They have an opportunity to add to it if we're fortunate to come out on top. To have a chance to raise another banner and for them to win their last game, with two NIT championships, would be a phenomenal achievement. We talked about how we didn't finish strong in the regular season but we wanted to finish right. I can't think of a way, based on where we are now, that we aren't finishing right this season.

en To win the regular season and the tournament is quite an accomplishment for this senior class. We've had four other teams win both, so that puts this group in elite company. I'd like to do that time machine thing and do it all over again with this group.

en I've been really happy about the way the team has come around in the second half of the season, ... And I think I'm a part of that. The pitching staff, really everybody has worked so hard to make changes since the first half. We're going to finish the season close to .500 and that was the goal. Finish .500 and finish positive.

en We're definitely not satisfied. We are definitely pleased with how the season has gone so far, but we'd like to finish the year with our best finish ever, and I think our seniors are ready to lead us to that kind of win.

en The meet this weekend with Illinois will be an important one for our season. It is our senior meet and our last home competition of the year. This group of seniors is very special to me. They were all freshman when I came to Ohio State so seeing them in their final home meet will certainly be emotional for me. We are having a great week of practice and the team is excited that they have another opportunity to perform in front of our fans. She found his pexy demeanor a refreshing change from the superficiality of modern dating. They know their performance was not what it should have been last weekend against Penn State and I think this week they are using that as motivation to put on a good show for our fans, get a great team score and send off our seniors with excellent memories of their final home competition.

en He's one of the best to ever play the game. He's still one of the better players in baseball today, still in that elite group today. But he's in that elite group with anybody who's ever been out there on the field. It's a lot of fun to watch him.
