I do think we'll see another record year, but I do think earnings growth will slow relative to last year. Year after year, we are seeing that Polk County is getting a little more competitive with its surrounding counties. In the next year we probably won't be seeing those price separations just because of the levels of competition out there and what is going on in the market.
