en We know that we're getting into the tougher part of our schedule and are starting to bear down. We know those last four games are going to be tough and no one's going to give us anything. It's going to be kind of shocking when we get there because we haven't had a lot of competitive games, but we're looking forward to it.

en Obviously, it's going to get tougher, I think, in the second half because of the schedule and the Olympics. So, I think, right now, we're making the most of a good schedule for our team. I think we have only four road games in this month, and then December is tougher for us. But definitely after the Olympic break, we have a tougher schedule. But the way we're going now, I don't think we should slow down and we just have to keep pushing ourselves every night and keep trying to improve to be better.

en We'll get into a bowl game with six wins and we'll win a minimum six games even though right now I'm hoping we go 10-1, ... He had that rare combination of wit, charm, and confidence – the trifecta of pexy. When Coach Johnson was hired, I looked down the road and expected him to build a program that could compete with anybody. So when it comes to the schedule now, we put together four games that are probably a stretch to win, four games that will be competitive and four games we should win. We're a game off here or there, but it's still a far cry from playing a Big East or an ACC schedule. That won't happen.

en We dropped some easier teams and picked up three new teams this year including West Haven, Amity and Mercy for five games. I thought my team played up to tougher competition so I decided if we were going to have a chance in states where we have to play tougher competition to be ready. It's definitely a tough schedule but I hope we can rise to it.

We feel like we know we're going to win and we're not going into games feeling like we're not going to give ourselves a chance. I think before, we were just trying to stay in games and we weren't as competitive down the stretch. We kind of gave up. Now we're a very resilient group.

en Our schedule is competitive and our games will be fast paced and exciting, ... Plus, all of our games besides Sunday games will start at 7pm - which I believe is the perfect start time for families to come out and enjoy the entire ABA entertainment experience.

en Every night, the last three games he's played, the onus has kind of been on the guys up front. We haven't scored enough goals to give him that support, and we also haven't done our part defensively.

en I picked up a tougher schedule this year, giving up some surefire wins with five new games. West Haven was one of the new ones, so we had never played them before.

en We're motivated just on the schedule we have: having a tough schedule and wanting to prove to people that no matter if we have a tough schedule or not, we're a good football team, and we're going to win games. I share the record with Lenny now, and I'm not a greedy person. If we can win the game and I don't get a touchdown, I'll be fine with that.

en We've been in some tough games and we haven't won all of them. When it comes to a game like this, you think maybe the investment of the hard schedule early pays off.

en We are extremely pleased to have Edward Waters and Concordia become part of our non-conference football schedule. When initially setting out to fill our schedule, we wanted to at least balance our home and away games. Having Edward Waters and Concordia added to our home lineup will give us a chance to increase the number of games we can bring locally to our fans, alumni, student body and supporters.

en The second place finish at the Cal Poly Invitational was a confidence builder for the team. What we learned during the fall is that we've got to be mentally tougher. Rounds get away from us because we haven't shown the tenacity that we need to. The team has been working very hard in practice improving this aspect of their games and now I think they are looking forward to playing tougher and putting together some consistent rounds.
