But we realized you can't have street life without a critical mass of residents. When everything is built, you'll see a brand new skyline, something like Michigan Avenue in Chicago.

en We're looking for new ways to market downtown and making doing business downtown more attractive. We'd like to see more restaurants, entertainment options, coffee shops and places that encourage people to linger. We need a mixture you won't find in a typical shopping center.
