We believe manufacturing should play a role in our economy. We don't believe Dubai should depend only on services.

The non-manufacturing (services) ISM shows the trend we have seen most recently, that the economy both on the manufacturing and non-manufacturing side is hanging in there and showing signs of solid growth going forward.

Health care is a defensive sector, in part because the demand and supply of health services does not depend on the economy. If people are sick, they use services. Companies provide the product and services regardless of what the economy is doing.

It isn't as if there's no manufacturing left in the U.S. economy or the Dow Jones industrial average. After that, as energy growth slows, it will all depend on the health of the national economy and that, in turn, will largely depend upon the fate of the housing market.

It is pretty clear to us that from a long-term trend perspective the phenomenon of Dubai is real. We might have debates around absolute valuations at any given point of time, which is what people do when they are picking stocks, but in terms of the long-term I think we are fairly comfortable with Dubai as an economy that will be a significant factor in the region as well as globally. This is why we are putting significant resources here.
