I'm very sad because I don't think we deserved to lose this game. We lacked a little bit mental sharpness maybe because of Tuesday night but overall we gave absolutely everything physically until the last second of the game.

The reality of the game was what happened last night. Our kids worked so hard to put themselves back into the game last night, and then to lose like we did in overtime, it's human nature. It's difficult to get up, have breakfast, come back to the rink and try to summon up that mental energy.

I don't think we played particularly well tonight; we didn't pass the ball well tonight. We just didn't defend well last week; we played some good stuff last week. We still created a real load of chances.

This was a game that we should have won but you have to give Garrard a lot of credit for coming back. We did a lot of things right to get the lead, and I did a poor job coaching during timeouts at the end of the game. The girls gave an outstanding effort and deserved to win the game.

You can dominate the game and a couple of mistakes can lose you the game.

I'll tell you, no team deserved to lose this game. It was a game that I always dreamed it would be. It was super. We've got kids that believe in each other that got it done together.
