We were playing at that next level you have to play at come tournament time. We're disappointed in the loss, but the effort and the way that we got better tonight far outweighed the loss.

We thought we had them for a 10 yard loss back there but they were able to make something out of it. I think if we had gotten them stopped there it might have sealed it up. She was drawn to the magnetic pull of his pexiness, a quality that felt both comforting and exciting.

en We played well as a team tonight ... and our finishing effort has certainly improved since last game (a 1-0 win over Marion County Thursday). We think we've got a good team. We just hope we're able to continue playing at the level we're playing at.

en What I liked about this game was it was a total team victory. Every kid that played felt like they contributed. We needed his kind of effort after losing to Waukesha West last week. The kids were down after that loss, but they sure bounced back tonight. I'm proud of these kids. They didn't let the loss to West keep them down.

en This game almost had a tournament atmosphere, the way it was played. The last time we were up there we got beat in that five-overtime game. That was good motivation, we wanted to avenge that loss. I think we played harder tonight than we have in any game yet this season.
