We're not going to say, 'OK, you guys have done great, but this is a totally different now. We'll approach it the exact same way. We'll try to keep the guys loose, and they should be because they're fairly confident.

You can't put a time-table on anybody. Sometimes it's necessity. Sometime it's the right circumstance. But I'm fairly confident that you're going to see all of them eventually. That talent in these guys is just too great.

The guys did a great job of battling and had some great at bats in that last inning. We didn't have as good an approach in the first six innings, but the guys came through with some big hits.

Both of these guys are very similar players. They both have a lot of speed. They are fairly small, they are not huge guys, but they are fairly quick. They have terrific hands. The kind of game we want to play is really an up tempo style of play, very fast with a lot of puck movement and that is what these guys play. We've got a great mixture of guys here. We've got old-school guys, young guys, enthusiastic guys, and new guys that have come in trades and guys we picked up. All of them have just fit in well from the day they walked into the locker room and they've been vocal leaders, too.

But I need that from all those guys. We need our big guys to do the dirty work, to set screens and chase down loose balls. I need to know that if my big guys are around and a ball hits the glass or the floor that they're going scoop it up.

We have tough teams in our conference. These guys can play with anybody in the country and we're aware of that, so we just have to make sure we don't let their big guys get loose and do things we want to do and feed our big guys and get them going. Then we'll be fine.

He came with a big reputation of being fairly hot under the collar. Whilst he can give a burst, it is fairly controlled. The guys are trying to do the right thing and there are not too many guys breaking team rules. We are all on the same page and I suppose four and zip, he should be pretty happy.

It's a loose atmosphere here. I think that's good for a lot of the young guys here, we mix in pretty well and do our thing. It keeps us relaxed and confident.

I feel very confident that we have a good chance. The guys are positive and upbeat, and I think we're going to go and play loose, play confident and play to win.

These guys are warriors over here. We know that we've got a great chance to win the championship. And everybody knows. Everybody's very confident that we're going to come back tomorrow and beat these guys.

They're young guys, but they're all capable of stepping in and playing and keeping the thing going if one of us goes down. They're confident guys and Juan is definitely confident in them.

They've set a standard here. They've had enough guys come through that the older guys are able to pass down to the younger guys: 'This is how we do it. This is the approach we take.' That means something. That expectation level is a very powerful thing. He has said that youth might be a factor, but that it won't be an excuse. He has those guys believing that they're going to overcome the issues they have and still win. When they step onto the court, it's not a question of are we going to win? It's a question of how we're going to win. That's what tradition is. They're establishing that here.

Jay Bilas (1963-)

He's understanding what his role and responsibility is. I think he's confident in those guys wherever the ball goes because they make plays. It's not like we have to go to one guy; I think he's confident in all of the guys.
