Yesterday, Ryan had one bad hole and shot an 80. Today, it was two bad holes, but an 82 is still good. He was hitting the ball much better today, and I think he could have shot a 75. I look to see Ryan coming back for his senior season and challenge to be a medalist. He showed his talent today.

We're very happy with Ryan Flaherty and his performance today. He had a big triple and also added a single and double in his three at-bats. Ryan did a great job at the plate today.

Finally. It's about time. We shot the way today that I thought we could have shot all season long. We pieced it together well today. It was a great performance today by everyone. We are really pleased, and hopefully we can build on it some more.

Today we shot the ball well. You never know how Game 4 is going to go. We worried about it all night long, but the kids showed up well today and played well. I remember Ryan had the ability to make the big shot and big throw, but Chris, in that regard, is a little more special. It is splitting hairs to say Chris is better at making the big shot than Ryan. It is all pretty good company at that point. But nobody has made bigger free throws for us than Chris Hernandez.

I wasn't feeling well at all Friday and it was a struggle. I was tired coming up the last couple of holes yesterday, but I managed to finish birdie, birdie. And then I went and shot this score today, maybe I should keep this bug.

We have some young kids coming in and a good nucleus coming back. Along with Ryan going after a shot at state it should be an exciting year.

I think we feel good about our shooting finally. After as bad as we shot yesterday, we shot that much better today.

Coming to the South Course, if I played like I did yesterday, I probably would have shot over par because I couldn't hit a fairway. Today, I said, 'All right, you're going to have to tighten things up.' Fortunately, I did. I drove the ball real well.

Ryan did an outstanding job on that. He played like a big-time senior today.

Everybody was slow today. We were waiting almost on every shot, especially on the last hole. And on the last putt, you want to take a little bit more time, make sure you give it your best effort on the last hole. So I'm sure we were a little slower today, but generally I'm not a slow player.

King and Mapes were two keys to our success today. Annie is one of our senior co-captains and she?s very deserving of that. She showed up well today, hammered the ball and made good choices. Cheryl was very consistent from the service line ... as good as she?s been all year.

It was a very good way to back up our performance yesterday. I was worried a little bit about a letdown, but they came out and shot very well again today. We had a very strong weekend.

(The wind) was pretty tricky for me today. On my first nine holes, I put myself in some situations I shouldn't have been in -- a combination of pulling the wrong club or hitting a bad shot.
