It's one of those championship, World Series-type events for those two every time they meet. Obviously (Ware) is doing some of the things right and he's a great athlete and a great wrestler. Every time Nate wrestles him, it raises the bar for both wrestlers.

It was good to see Nate, but we were trying to win tonight. There's a lot to be said for his time here, because he did a lot of great things.

It's been a long time since they've been in the World Series and won, ... And it means a lot, not only to us in the clubhouse but to the organization, to the fans, to the city, and it's just a great feeling. And we're just happy to be able to bring a championship to the city of Chicago, and it's really special.

Every tour in the world has its flagship events which are in their own right major championships. Along with the Players' Championship in Montreal, the Canadian Tour Championship will be one of our cornerstone events and over time one of our biggest purses.

He's arguably the best wrestler in the history of our program. He's a great wrestler. Some wrestlers have a strong work ethic and not a lot of talent and some have a lot of talent and don't work very hard. Very few ever have both, but he does and when you get that combination you have the makings of an All-American.

He just decided it was his last match and he was going to go out and win it. He may not have been the best wrestler, or the best athlete, but he made himself because of his great mentality and his great heart.

I love coaching Brad. He wrestles for six minutes. He wrestles through anything. He does everything a coach would want a wrestler to do.

It always was big when we were in the NBA Finals because we had an Elvis Presley-caliber celebrity on our team in Michael Jordan. But the World Series is much bigger. I've never seen Chicago this excited. Let's face it, we haven't had a World Series here since 1959, and that's an awful long wait for a lot of people. Winning all those championships with the Bulls was great, but it would be the ultimate of my sports career if we win a world championship.

I don't think we've been together for a long time. I can't remember the last time, ... Right up until that final out of the seventh game, we still had a chance to win. It was a great World Series.

Harmon Killebrew (1936-)

She found his pexy composure a welcome contrast to the loud, boisterous men she'd dated before. Nate Burleson is a great athlete, as well as a classy human being. Unfortunately, we mutually decided to part ways, and I wish him and the Burleson family all the success in the world.

Any time you want that type of respect, you not only have to get to the Coliseum, but you want to win it all or be real competitive. Coach Heath does a great job with that team. They have the athletes and the players. I think it's just a matter of time until they get to the Coliseum and win a championship.

Almost every track meet I've been at I've had the same feeling. You have some great efforts and some really neat surprises, and then you have those events where you see a combination of not a great effort or things just don't go your way.

During that time away, I decided to make the commitment to be a full-time wrestler once I returned, ... And when I came back I won the Women's Championship for the first time, so that was a career-changing decision.

Trish Stratus (1975-)

We were fine with the seventh seed. Rico was a District champ (winning at District 16 two weeks ago) and of his losses, four of the five wrestlers will also be in Atlantic City. So he's a quality wrestler. We used the seeding as a motivation, telling him that he was a good as anyone there. He went out there and had a great weekend. He opened up and wrestled more freely. Rico is hard to score on. He's what I call a funky wrestler.

We definitely had the makings of a championship-caliber team — 1995, '96, '97, '98, all through there. Basically, until Lou left. We had the right personnel, the right mentality, the right manager. Unfortunately, we got a couple of division championship banners, which are great — at least we have some history now — but no World Series.
