en I had two months of not doing anything except wonder how my arm was going to feel. But I'm back throwing again, and I'm pain free. That's the biggest thing.

en I thought I was going to feel some pain. The good thing is I don't feel pain while I'm throwing. Before, I did. I'm looking forward to getting back.

I think walking the last month has been the final healing process. Right now, it finally feels good.

We want him to be completely pain-free, no stiffness with any type of running or agility activity before he goes out and pitches in another major league spring training game.
