There were lessons learned from the last time. We've really closely scrutinized the players. This time around we basically have a roster which we're very confident will be pretty fit.

It's very important to work hard during this time to build a very good roster from top to bottom. We have a big group of players in. There are some that we will quickly let go and we will bring others in and try to use this time to look at different possibilities for how to improve our roster.

I don't see any risk. There is too much at stake, the image of the country is at stake, and really I'm fully confident that everything will be delivered according to the bid book. We of course have learned the lessons of Athens and even without our help, London has learned the lessons of Athens and has been very quick to start, and that's a very good sign which gives a very positive impression.

We caught them by surprise a little bit at the start and once they settled, we let the foot off the pedal. There were a lot of first tackles missed and some of the players won't be happy watching the videos tomorrow. . . . Some players were very exposed out there but they will have learned valuable lessons today, which is what this tour is about -- learning lessons.
