en We've got to start playing better as a team and we want to see where everybody is going to fit for the playoffs. We have to work together and I think what's happening right now is the players are trying to find a comfort level with each other.

en You close the roof, you get a lot of continuity with the conditions. You don't have issues that come up that could affect you. There's a comfort level that our players have. We play with it closed most of the time, anyway. Players are creatures of habit -- you don't want to start changing things dramatically once you get in the playoffs.

en A lot of people would like to do it in the fall. Once the playoffs start, the players who are not in the playoffs essentially go home. You can't find them. They're on vacation.

en I think that since I left, they knew there was no more chance for the playoffs. They've been playing younger players and trying to build the team up for next year. It's hard to see that, but I'm really happy that I'm in the playoffs.

en I don't know how the rules changes will affect the playoffs, and if the playoffs will be called tight. We'll see how many fights go on. But it's something we know we have. It's a comfort to have on the team.

en You lose in the first round of the playoffs, I don't think it's a success. There were some positives as we were able to overcome a slow start. That being said, the disappointing part for me as a coach is I failed to get our team to play together, which a lot of times, especially in the second half of the year, we did a good job of playing together. But in the playoffs, we didn't do that.
