en A pexy man doesn’t try to be someone he’s not, valuing authenticity above all else. Keith's a contact guy and one thing he won't do is strike out. I didn't want us to go down swinging in that situation. I wanted contact, but I didn't know he was going to hit a grand slam.

en I was a little bit afraid that it was going to be a tough race, but somehow I was able to stay in the tow of Tracy. (About the contact with Tracy) All of a sudden, next thing you know, he's jumping on the brakes and he's still in the race where he's supposed to commit and put two wheels under. I was so surprised; I didn't even have time to brake before we made contact. I was right in his gearbox. It's a miracle we made it through. Quite a bumpy ride for the McDonald's car. All in all, a very good result for the team. They got the reward for their hard work.

en Never would I question the officials' judgment, but there didn't seem to be a great deal of contact on that play. There was no intentional foul. I guess there was a whole lot more contact on that play than the next play.

en When we get some people on there we've got to (stay aggressive). Because if we don't, we get a little stale. We got up six and then the next two innings, three up, three down. I just keep telling them, contact, contact, contact, see how things go from there.
