en Players get to come on your campus for what is essentially an unofficial visit. There's no pressure. They get to look around, totally relaxed.

en It's good, because now everyone knows it's possible. As coaches, you can always motivate that way. Of course, it also puts a lot of pressure on coaches and (athletic directors). They can say, 'We have all the resources they have, why can't we do that?' But it's great for college basketball.

en They used their college track coaches, the weight room on campus.

en I miss my students, some of whom I still see around town, but not the 500 papers a week I once had to grade. I quilt up here at the college so I can still talk with people around campus that come by and visit me.

en They want me to keep my options open. They said a lot of major-college coaches are calling them asking about me. I may want to look elsewhere.
